𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐚𝐲𝐬 – 𝟔 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤
𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Support the day-to-day administrative functions of the hotel
• Handle documentation, filing, and correspondence for all departments
• Coordinate internal communication between departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Front Desk, etc.)
• Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth administrative operations
• Provide administrative support to senior management and operations team
• Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and maintain reports
• Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and supplies
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and basic hotel SOPs
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Basic understanding of hotel operations is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in Myanmar language; English is a plus
• Honest, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Positive attitude and team-player mentality
