𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
• Maintain and update complex Excel trackers for workforce data, attendance, and office expenses. Generate monthly administrative reports for management.
• Oversee office maintenance, manage vendor relationships, and ensure a professional work environment.
• Manage the procurement process for office supplies and fixed assets.
• Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring high confidentiality for sensitive company data.
• Assist in tracking the office budget and processing invoices for the department.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes for management or internal team reviews.
• Serve as the primary point of contact to ensure clear communication of office policies.
• Monitor and manage the inventory of marketing materials or product samples
• Handle travel arrangements, including booking transportation and accommodation for management or visiting stakeholders.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Administration or Operations. (MNC or FMCG experience is highly preferred).
• Strong verbal and written English skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency is a must.
• Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully within a diverse, multicultural environment.
