𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
• Design and implement sales roadmaps to consistently hit and exceed monthly and annual revenue goals.
• Direct and inspire the sales force, providing the supervision and motivation necessary to maintain peak performance levels.
• Track sales metrics, emerging market trends, and competitor movements to stay ahead of the curve.
• Build and sustain high-value partnerships with key accounts, distributors, and external stakeholders.
• Execute frequent field visits to scout for untapped market opportunities and expand the business footprint.
• Generate accurate sales forecasts and detailed performance data for executive-level review.
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies, pricing, and promotional activities.
• Work closely with Marketing, Finance, and Logistics to streamline sales workflows and ensure operational excellence.
• Manage client concerns and feedback with a focus on rapid, effective resolution and long-term satisfaction.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in any relevant field of study.
• Proven track record specifically within the FMCG sector.
• Minimum of (3) years of experience in a sales Management role with demonstrated ability to lead teams.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
