𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:

The Assistant Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing demand and supply planning, warehousing, inventory, and logistics operations (both inbound and outbound) to support the company’s business objectives. This role ensures efficient and timely movement of goods while aligning with business objectives and group-level strategies. The position requires strong cross-functional collaboration and reports directly to the Operations Manager.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Oversee demand & supply planning, logistics, inventory, and warehouse operations.

• Align activities with direct supervisor and matrix managers.

• Lead and monitor supply chain projects (e.g., ERP implementation).

• Prepare and manage OPEX & CAPEX budgets.

• Conduct monthly stock takes and manage product registration.

• Handle import/export logistics, coordinate with third-party providers.

• Monitor supply chain KPIs (Forecast Accuracy, BIAS).

• Facilitate S&OP meetings to align demand and supply.

• Implement process improvements to boost efficiency and profitability.

• Develop and support team performance and uphold company values.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.

• Minimum 8 years' experience, including 3+ years in a supply chain leadership role.

• Strong experience in logistics, inventory, and warehousing.

• Knowledge of ERP systems, BI tools, and Google Workspace.

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.

• Fluent in both English and Burmese.

• Sustainability knowledge is a plus.
