𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 – Hlaing 𝐓𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities to grow revenue and client base.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, including C-level and business owner-level stakeholders.

• Understand client needs and challenges deeply, providing consultative sales solutions—not forceful selling.

• Lead and support industry and market research, especially in the Myanmar market.

• Develop tailored proposals and solutions based on client goals and market insights.

• Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, training, and operations teams to align on client needs and project delivery.

• Prepare clear and concise reports, forecasts, and business plans for internal stakeholders.

• Track pipeline, performance, and opportunities using HubSpot, CRM tools, and Monday.com.

• Support marketing and growth planning activities, contributing to overall business strategy.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management.

• Experience communicating with and selling to C-level executives and business owners.

• Strong sales track record, with consistent target achievement.

• Fluent in English and Myanmar (spoken and written).

• Solid experience in proposal preparation, strategic selling, and business growth planning.

• Ability to perform market research and apply findings to sales strategy.

• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.

• Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to understand customer needs and feelings.

• Familiar with HubSpot, Monday.com, and CRM platforms.
