𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 – 𝐘𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧 𝐓𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

• Welcome customers as per manufactures and Company customer service standards 

• Perform complete intakes following the specific checklists, checking the products conditions, pre repair photos, accessory collection, customer authorizations and signatures, physical inspection etc. 

• Communicate service expectations openly such as TAT, Policies, out of warranty charges etc

• Validate warranty, extended care, insurance, consumer law, coverage restrictions in the tools 

• Create repair cases accurately, attach mandatory pictures and diagnostic information. 

• Follow the manufacturer’s workflow for repairs, returns DOA, replacement requests, OW estimates.

• Provide timely updates on repair status, part delays, pickup readiness, or escalations. 

• Manage customer queue and appointments professionally. 

• Communicate technical details clearly in consultation with technicians. 

• Handle customer concerns and escalate appropriately. 

• Maintain manufacturer’s required reception layout, cleanliness, and brand representation. 

• Ensure all customer signatures, disclaimers, and documents are captured accurately. 

• Protect customer data privacy—no unauthorized access or data handling. 

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:

• Any Degree graduates

• At least 3yrs experience in customer service field.

• Mobile repair environment is desirable. 

• Strong communication skills in native language and English (Intermediate Level) 

• Problem solving, collaborative, leadership, communication.
