𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
• Build, maintain, and grow key account relationships with high-value clients
• Drive short-term sales goals and meet revenue targets
• Develop and implement long-term success strategies for key clients
• Act as the strategic partner between clients and internal cross-functional teams (Creative, Digital, Strategy, and Production)
• Lead client onboarding, campaign planning, and project delivery across departments
• Analyze client data, feedback, and performance metrics to improve service delivery
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to upsell and cross-sell marketing solutions
• Prepare and present reports, insights, and business reviews to clients and management
• Ensure overall client satisfaction and long-term retention
• Mentor junior team members in account management best practices
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in client service or customer success role in a Marketing/Advertising Agency
• Strong background in strategic planning, key account management, and revenue growth
• Excellent command of English – both written and spoken
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and presentation skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
• Passionate, energetic, and a proactive mindset
• Familiar with digital marketing trends and media planning is a plus
