• Schedule coordination, daily work supervision, inventory maintenance and equipment supply.

• Investigated guest complaints and resolved issues in a professional and timely manner.

• Report operational case to Management

• Any Graduated

• 3–4-year experiences in Housekeeping (Hotel field)

• Strong Leadership, good customer service and organizational skills
