𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐲 

𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐚𝐲𝐬: 𝟔 𝐃𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐚 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤 (𝟎𝟗:𝟎𝟎 𝐀𝐌 – 𝟓:𝟑𝟎 𝐏𝐌)

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 

•Maintain up-to-date employee profiles, employment contracts and related documents.

•Record daily staff attendance, track leave requests, and assist the HR Executive in preparing monthly payroll data.

•Assist in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing onboarding materials for new hires.

•Manage general office tasks, including filing documents, handling incoming calls, and managing office stationery/supplies.

•Prepare and post internal memos, announcements, and ensure staff are aware of company policies and safety rules.

•Assist in preparing weekly or monthly HR/Admin reports.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

•Bachelor’s Degree (Any) or a Diploma in HR Management/Business Administration.

•Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR or Administrative support role (Experience in the F&B or Hospitality industry is a plus).

•Proficient in Microsoft Office, Email, and Internet usage.

•Fluency in Myanmar language; basic English communication is an advantage.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

•Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
