𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐚𝐲𝐬 & 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 - 𝟔 𝐃𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐚 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤 (𝟗:𝟎𝟎 𝐀𝐌 ~ 𝟓:𝟎𝟎 𝐩𝐦)

𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 – Hlaing 𝐓𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers.

• Support onboarding and orientation of new hires across departments.

• Employee Relations & Engagement:

• Assist in resolving employee issues and maintaining a positive workplace culture.

• Support the organization of staff events, engagement surveys, and recognition programs.

• Coordinate internal and external training sessions and workshops.

• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, leave tracking, and compliance documents.

• Assist with payroll coordination, attendance management, and HR documentation.

• Help ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety policies, and company regulations.

• Support the performance appraisal process by collecting evaluations, preparing summaries, and following up on development plans.

• Track probation reviews, contract renewals, and promotions in coordination with managers.

• Prepare regular HR reports (headcount, turnover, training status, etc.).

• Assist in updating and enforcing HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook.

• Contribute to employer branding and HR marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment, training, or generalist roles.

• Solid understanding of Myanmar labor laws and HR best practices.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HR systems is a plus.

• Strong communication skills in both English and Myanmar (written & spoken).

• Organized, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Experience in fast-paced industries like sales, consulting, or services is preferred.
