𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 – 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐓𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐍𝐲𝐮𝐧𝐭

 

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company objectives.

• Manage full HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and staff retention.

• Lead recruitment processes, develop and implement performance appraisal systems and HR policies.

• Manage employee records, HR documentation, and HR reporting.

• Ensure compliance with Myanmar labor laws and employment regulations.

• Handle employee disciplinary matters and workplace conflict resolution.

• Plan and organize training and development programs to improve employee performance.

• Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders and department heads to align HR initiatives with operational goals and business performance.

• Work closely with department heads to support manpower planning, workforce productivity, and operational efficiency.

• Provide HR insights and recommendations to management based on workforce data, employee performance trends, and business needs.

• Oversee HR operations including attendance, leave management, and employee benefits administration.

• Promote a positive working environment and company culture.

• Support the implementation of performance management systems that align employee KPIs with business targets and service standards.

• Identify workforce capability gaps and coordinate training programs to improve service quality and operational performance.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience, preferably in Retail, Distribution, or Trading companies.

• Strong knowledge of Myanmar labor law and HR best practices.

• Experience managing large workforce (200+ employees preferred).

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive employee matters.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Good English communication and reporting skills.

• Ability to understand business operations and translate business needs into effective HR strategies.
