𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 – Hlaing 𝐓𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
• Design and deliver impactful sales training programs tailored for B2B, distribution, service-based selling, and business owner/entrepreneur development.
• Train and coach sales representatives, middle management, owner-level business leaders, and C-level executives on sales strategies, negotiation, account management, and leadership skills.
• Assess training needs by collaborating closely with sales leadership, owners, and HR.
• Facilitate workshops, seminars, and role-playing exercises focused on leadership, communication, and customer engagement.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adapt them based on feedback and sales results.
• Collaborate with regional sales leaders and business owners to ensure consistent implementation of training initiatives.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship for continuous growth of sales and leadership skills.
• Develop training KPIs, track progress, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Support onboarding and skill development for new sales hires and business owners.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and new sales technologies.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
• Experience training and coaching business owners, entrepreneurs, and executive leadership.
• 5+ years of experience in sales coaching, training delivery, or sales enablement.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, distribution, and service selling.
• Strong understanding of corporate learning methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
