𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 & 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞
• Lead consulting projects in organizational design, change management, performance improvement, and cultural alignment.
• Assess client organizations using tools such as Organization Health Checks, SWOT, PESTEL, 7S Framework, and performance metrics.
• Provide strategic recommendations on company structure, HR strategy, and workforce planning.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 & 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐬
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research, including surveys, focus groups, and interviews.
• Analyze business data using tools like Excel, SPSS, and Power BI to inform consulting recommendations.
• Prepare clear and actionable reports and presentations based on findings.
𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
• Design and deliver customized training programs related to leadership, teamwork, communication, and change readiness.
• Support leadership coaching and development programs for senior management and high-potential employees.
𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 & 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
• Manage full project cycles, from scoping and proposal development to delivery and evaluation.
• Communicate effectively with client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to ensure delivery excellence.
𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐓𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬 & 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐬
𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐚𝐬:
• SWOT / PESTEL
• Performance dashboards
• Organization charts & structural assessments
• Tailor consulting approaches based on the specific business environment and industry needs.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Certified coaching credentials or facilitation experience is a plus.
• 5+ years of consulting or strategic HR/OD experience, ideally with local and/or international project exposure.
• Proven expertise in: Organizational development and change, Leadership and team development, Training design and delivery, Cultural and people transformation, Strong analytical skills; able to work with Excel, SPSS, Power BI, and other data tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Myanmar (written and spoken).
• Strong project management and client-facing consulting skills.
